No job security at all, if you join as trainee. Company will through you out after one year or maximum two years. If you have some strong references like political connections you can a be permanent staff there, your performances doesn't matter here.

Chance to work in WABCO is a good one and management is good.

There is no hike in salary In ending of March 2022, suddenly they removed a few people in the company but we also don't know the proper reason.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client base.Another plus point is that my colleagues comes from various cultural backrounds and we work happily in colloboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also there is no on job training for fresher hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is pain sometimes.

Good work environment and good culture of this company . Its very good learning place for fresher .company policies are good and i like it and also our Plant head sir , Vice Hr sir are supporting person and all seniors are good and always teach us a good & new lesson every day. Also medical facilities is good and thank you Wabco for give me a chance for improve my self.

Salary is decent but job security is not good .
