1. Work life balance was difficult 2. Too frequent team re-orientations, creates lot of confusion. Many a times this leads to lack of direction for months. Leads to internal politics to stay relevant. 3. Employees work under a constant fear of elimination. You may be a star performer this quarter, and may be asked to leave the next quarter.

lot and lot of micromanagement toxic work culture no process is followed for software development legacy codebase no standards, guidelines followed in coding very immatured org

Good problem statement. Latest technology stack. Good compensation. Highly professional and quality employees, especially ones that were hired during Covid. Good facilities in the office.

Dislikes

Unclear problem-product fit. RTO and mandatory attendance policy. Unprofessional early-stage employees flexing their bloated titles and closeness to founders. Individual centric appraisal and no org/team level bonuses. Appraisal comes with one year bond. Changing notice periods. No transportation/allowance provided by company.

Likes

Great work culture and work life balance. It provides you with free breakfast and dinner and susbised rate for other food item. They have gym with a trainer which is very good. It is fast paced company with change dynamics and the prople who work are really good. You have all the milleneilas working with you which is a fantastic part who can undersatnd better and can correlate your thoughts.

Dislikes

They do not have yearly Bonus system for the employees only you get is fixed salary so better negotiate on the fixed part before joining zeta.

...on-tech side such as product managers can be quite understanding and supportive. Salary and perks are added bonus.

Dislikes

If you like being treated like a kid in a carnival this company is for you! Bureaucracy, favoratism, office politics and micromanagement. If you love to hangout on meetings that you aren't required for all day and report accountability to every working hours of yours to your manager and project manager on daily standups, this is a company for you. Poor amenities everything present for name sake. Some people can get too inconsiderate to leave you alone even while having your lunch.
