Any manager comes from the US and without doing any research start cost cutting, and immediately employee gets to know now he/she is not an employee of Zeta Interactive system(this criteria only for temporary employees) but good for permanent. But when i left the company all the old and experiance employees left the company. only fews are left

I was in the paid social team in Bangalore!! My tenure here is most disappointing! would never join or let my friends join here. TERRIBLE MANAGER!!! TERRIBLE WORK CULTURE!!! MICRO MANAGING TO THE CORE!!! NO CLARITY IN ANYTHING!!! ZERO LEARNING & GROWTH!!! REPEATED WORK, ZERO BRAIN WORK. (feels like we are labourers) Favouritism exists and creates undue pressure on employees. I was put to work extensively and purposely till my last day of company. (Grouping up on a single employee) Immatured & childish pod lead

It's always been regional people they like their own friends own language, they are the one, who is going to be saved under the hood, you who has done so much, you will be thrown out, they don't care about notice period if manager talks bad about you, you will be thrown out, but yet my development was generating revenue. Don't join if you are from north, Bad regional politics, if you are a python developer don't join as an analyst, its going to be SAS and if they are mentioning python skill, don't fall into the trap. training is not organized, some white guy will train you, initially it will be good as always, when time will come its going to be hard, as always regional politics, you will be alienated.

Stereotype Management by regional fully biased in secured non professional seniors staying from long blocking progresses and will inturn affect whole stic organisational growths in long run.
