Nothing to like about this place, fraudulent, idk how a fraudulent company is gonna run a fintech business xDDDDDD People are treated like servants here, higher management sits and does nothing, except for hiring and firing. Could be sued on multiple counts. What's not to like. :))

Everything. It's a place full of liars and hypocrites. They will fire you any moment, without notice, without a warning. Join at your own risk.

Since the organisation was in developing phase when I was a part of it, there were new things to learn

The organisation is being run by the people with fraud mentality. They ruin careers. Average life span of an employee is not more than 6 months. They recruit people, use them to expand their networks and then throw them out within 6 months. They specially do this with high cost resources. Govt should ban this organisation and the management should be behind the bars. Pathetic pathetic pathetic...

One of the worst places to work. The product is not having any potential to grow. The monthly active users of this product is much less than a monthly. rent of an individual and this product has been there for 3 to 4 years in the market. The founders don't have the direction or confidence in the product. The brand doesn't exists at all in the market. The culture is one of the worst that one can experience. There's no professionalism neither in the founders, neither in the function heads nor in the HR team. The HR will only do what the cofounders say. Absolutely zero support for the employees. The company policy is very bad. There's a lot of micromanagement and blame games which goes on here. For name sake they have flexible working hours. Nothing of that sort exists at all. For anyone who wants to join this company, make sure you are from tech side or a fresher because only then you might have some sort of learning experience but for experience folks especially in non-tech side, no potential learning at all and work-life balance, work experience and the value of your resume' goes for a toss.
