... putting in effort and hard work, you won't receive recognition or appreciation. Management favors employees they like, there's a lot of internal politics, and the pay scale is low. There's no work-life balance, and at times, you may start feeling suffocated and exploited. Do not have high expectations; just do your work, get paid, and switch to another company as soon as possible. Otherwise, you will be stuck here, not knowing what to do, and you may end up extending your journey even further.

...thing related to cybersecurity so experience has no value for the outside world. Salary is very very low similar to MNC internship stipend. The position is based on social media reporting and filling forms, so nothing related to cybersecurity.

Working at ZeroFOX is stress-free and located in one of the best places in Bengaluru. A cab facility is there which is a plus in Bangalore and average food is also there according to the shifts.

Dislikes

...oring and using the same tool every day will make you run away from the company. The salary is worse here when I joined here my package was 3LPA and after serving for the next 3 years my package is 4LPA. Hike is very very less here it won't motivate you to work here. As we all know micromanagement is here in our team if you're with TL and the manager all the time you will get a promotion else you'll be ignored.

Relaxed environment, 24/7 work, Early morning and nigh shifts are great, Second shifts feels too long some times, Supportive leaders, Good leave policy and great shifts 4 days of work and 3 days of week off.

Nothing at this moment, Second shifts are bit long:)

The supportive team and work culture. We have 4 days of work a week, which was the best part and learning was always in progress. Overall it was great working at zerofox.

Dislikes

Recognition of work and appraisal would have been better.
