Management is really amazing keeping the work life balance and the employees well being in the office is always addressed, The best culture of the zerocode HR makes difference from others that they are libral for every employee and the work they do is that reflects the organisation we take the work as it's our own work and it's like making 100% progress on it. I really love this culture and I love to work here for many years ahead.

Dislikes

The leave policies are bit low thats good for now but to make the organisation as balanced I would suggest to increase the Casual leaves for the employee benifits.

The work culture where the organization has been rated as the 'Best Place to Work' three times in a row. We have been working hard to apply a Humane approach to HR, focus on all-round development of the employees - physical, mental and emotional. We have game rooms, fun Friday, Wellness camps apart from various training activities.

Good recognition for any achievement.

Dislikes

WFH option limited for 2 days per month. But other organisations 2 Daya per week allowed. Office timings are strict (especially night shift) we extend till 3am. Leave Policies, compared to other organisations leaves are very less.

There is nothing much except about few colleagues.

Dislikes

There is no respect for seniors and especially developers has zero value. Developers are only meant for hardworking more 60 hours in a week which is more than the agreement hours per week in offer letter.
