The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client but they go unnoticed during my mid day appraisal.

Here the managers always shows sympathy to those who cry sort for pretending false and values those people who disrespectfully to them and those fawning, the worst part is you won't stay anymore daily the same routine you just feels to frustrating here every day new things happen to those who not bothered with this 😔 on the time of appraisal they stay every one is on the same track and all stuff but at the end they didn't get the person who really puts their efforts after that they just disappointed not professional all here 50% of the family members to them the cover-up
