Zeotap culture promotes a very balanced work-life for everyone. It has registered each employee in a very well known online learning platform and employees can get to learn and grow for themselves. It is paying as per industry standards to everyone without differentiating the background one comes from. It is really the awesome place one would want to work.

Dislikes

There is nothing that I know of. Zeotap is great place to work in all aspects.

People are good and helpful. Try to talk as many people as pssible. There are some good minds as well.

Dislikes

No good leadership in the team. Sometimes you stuck and you really have no idea who can be helpful. No feedback policy. people are so busy to give to 10 minutes feedback.
