They tell you everything good during the hiring process, gives you good compensation - but this is only to fulfill their temporary project requirements. no job security at all. Do not join, they may ruin your career.

There is no job security. They call you through teams and directly released us from company. Also they don't have any valid reason for it. Joining Zensoft is totally waste of time.

They are not allowing work from home because most of the employees are working at client location...so they don't care about employees.They only busy in satisfying the client

The workload is consistently heavy, which makes it difficult to manage work life balance. There is often pressure to meet tight deadlines with limited support. Which can lead to burnout. Unfortunately, there are very few opportunities for career or personal development. There is little to no focus on employee growth and skill building which makes it hard to advance in your role or learn new skills. Moreover, job security is significant issue. The lack of clear communication about the future of roles and sudden change in staffing create and environment of uncertainty. This instability makes is difficult to be confident on your job role for long term. Overall, while the company may provide some experience, the lack of learning opportunities, overwhelming workload and job security concerns make it challenging to maintain positive work culture.
