Good work place company culture, Company policies are good and management is very interactive and supporting for professional and personal as well. Most of the facilities available in office like, huge cafeteria, gym, sports ground, children care, library, amphitheatre, computer lab, etc..

...es is a very good company. We can maintain work life balance while working here. Salary structure and in-hand salary is quite good. Pune campuse is awesome. Learning and skill development wise also we can explore much. Everything is very good and awesome working experience I have here.

Work Life Balance in project I was working on was really good. Joining Salary will be reached near to what candidate expectation. They push employees in Skill Development / Learning but no proper planning random tasks are listed and u have to pick few of them. Company culture 😅 - TTMM If any client visits happen we also payed for the client lunches from our pockets. No outings will be planned from company. Don't expect anything from company apart from work if you are in project.

No Perks/Benefits provided. Medi Policies are available but premiums are high. Don't expect any promotions / Appraisals. Job Security is there till ua in project and once you move to pool no one cares if you are alive or not.

...y with work timing and you avail work from home if necessary. Good leave policy. Zensar Technologies salary for fresher is at par with the market standards. They provide additional work benefits such a medical insurance and pf.

After Covid, life has changed. But Zensar has provided with remote working without any questions to all its employees.

The salary hike is negligible and there is bias among project managers towards some employees for promotion which is terrible.
