Except Salary nothing is good in this company.

Dislikes

Management is very bad. Micro management is at peaks in the Support under the leadership of senior director of support. You will never be treated respectfully. It's a call centre job where we have to take calls throughout the shift. Life is very very stressful in support in the Zenoti. Don't run behind the money and join this company especially in support. If you do so, you will definitely regret and write a review like me.

Family business set up, biased leadership, lack of work life balance. Favouritism is a daily routine, avoid joining and working in this org. It's just a flawed culture. Save yourself by not joining. There is no work ethics, directors play favouritism.

Nothing apart from 1-2 colleagues due to which I was able to survive there as they admire the fact by crafting the art of getting involved into unnecessary trouble is the trait which the management likes.

To interact with peers and colleagues, I need to either treat them with whiskey on the rocks or get addicted to the same offered by them, basically to be a sycophant just like another one who already exists there good for nothing when it comes to work but shows his tricks luring those dumb managers and leads they proudly call.

Family business doesnt know how to run a company. Politics everywhere. No professionalism in managers. They have favoritism. Few managers yell at you and bully you. You will be forced to be accoubtable for not your mistakes as well. No proper structure in anything. No proper SOP. Product isnt good. Please read the customer reviews of product on reddit. All the fancy things they show are just a showcase to attract people. Work life balance - forget about it completely. Work culture is so toxic that this company is the prime example of it. Unlimited leave policy is a joke. If I could I would have given zero star.

Everything was a dislike, the culture, response to situations, management, discussions, looks like kids having discussion and coming back later and denying, very immature culture, and just people who have worked in salons trying to induce a similar culture in a SaaS organisation. Long way to go to be even called such. A big no whoever wants to develop their career and grow and learn.
