Nothing is likeable, but one thing which I liked about this company is they had grading system to pay incentives.

Dislikes

Everything is bad here, employees are kept beyond work hours, pay is low, it feels like boarding school and less of a company, fear in this organisation, salary is sub standard, useless pressure is kept on employees where it's not needed.

CEO VERY HUMBLE DIRECTOR VERY HUMBLE CORPORATE CULTURE AND ATMOSPHERE BUT THEY DIDN'T TELL ME WHAT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY AND WORK DETAILS EVEN THEY DONT BRIEF ME ABOUT COMPANY. I JOINED AS SENIOR ACCOUNTANT. I am expert in Taxation and accounts As well as I take trade in shares and bitcoin future trading and holding. No body guide me properly to complete my task. Because I don't have access telegram and mail . I seated alone without any work When I want to learn about Reports That was my last day of work as per hr told me. Rabi Kumar choudhary

They are simply cheeting concern in kolkata.No values of words and commitments. Negative marking should be there for this company. I will never recomend any one...as I have pathetic experience over there. HR people giving 5 ratings under pressure and force.

Everything is pathetic and worst, overall experience is A BIG ZERO.i have just cheeted by them. Please don't try to join with them. If you still go its your responsibility.
