There was Job security to a very large extent. They supported personal growth and development.

Dislikes

Promotion was a luxury especially if you were not in marketing dept. Salary too was a bit poor until it was revised.

I'm still working there, its a nice organization with good policies and work culture, early and consistent payment of salaries other benefits as at when due, No pressure from higher supervisors as officers are given chances to give their best at the job, no unnecessary query nor threat which may lead to mental imbalance etc

Dislikes

...rrangements for officers No better gratuity except retirement on health ground Low salary/remuneration No annual appraisal nor productivity sharing amongst junior officers etc
