Politics and plenty of unfair practices can ruin your time here. Founder is very insecure and confused most of the times, unsure how to proceed with a strong vision. Leadership doesn't have clarity and usually has a very wavering mindset. Plenty of easy hire and fires happen every quarter

The good part here is only Macbook, Parties, nothing else.

Dislikes

Job security is terrible, you can be thrown out of the company anytime and no one is there for employee grievances, Swapnil, Snehal, Mangesh do not like to respond to people who are facing issues in the organization. There is no job security. Since Organisation is very small, hence they don't have additional vertical where they can employ or move employee.
