There is politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

... is I got the day shift and weekend off. The work culture seemed initially good. We got work from home option since pandemic and salary on time with internet reimbursement every month.

Dislikes

Lots of internal politics. The management and senior employees put unimaginable work pressure on junior employees and hence work/personal life balance is damaged severely. No cooperation from Quality associates. They can put you on bench any time without proper justification even when cross questioned. And don't even ask about appraisals. They promise you appraisals and you wait 6 months. But get nothing.

work from home, job security option is very good during covid-19. Everything is awesome only concern for me as an employee is the salary package because professionally we are developing but not financially (covid-19 taught us how financially we should be strong). The package is mostly decided from the previous salary and this is our indian companies mentality and mostly get 30-50% hike. It's pretty good but not for juniors.

Hikes are not at all good as the company has been merged into TechM

the only thing which I liked was my job responsibility. Except that everything is so poor. First they didn't allow me to leave Hyderabad to go to my home before lockdown started. Secondly, they put me on bench for a month. Third they didn't even mentioned that they're not going to pay me for the bench period. Very very disappointed. Work culture is so poor and people are incompetent...

They deduct salary without informing the employees. If you complaint then the HR will trough terms and policies to your face. Managers are biased and use favouritism to defend their own people. Very bad experience.
