Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

It's was fine bcz of my manager as I learnt too many things

It's very bad experience for my FNF as it's been one year but I didn't get my due salary..as there is no process for this .the ex employees are not being treated well if I m asking for my salary ,even I have did proper relieving with the company but no HR is there to do the process for this ... still awaiting for the salary 😕..

Team was very good but the management was one of the worst to come across especially the directors of the company Tamanna Mahajan and Pankaj Chawla.

Dislikes

The management and the directors of the company Tamanna Mahajan and Pankaj Chawla were one of the worst to come across. They are also run Eminent League. So beware of joining both these companies.

Working at zen was so unprofessional

Dislikes

I was an employee working there for 8 months due to my personal problem I left the job. They extended my notice period & I served for 20 long days as my official was 15days but till now the most horrible part is after serving my notice period also they didnt release full n final settlement till now I didnt get any money from there. This is a real hopeless company which will ruin your career
