There is absolutely nothing to like in this company.

The higher authorities treat you terribly. They do not have enough people to give each project a business analyst/product manager, scrum master, tech lead. All the extra work has to be done by the team. Their projects run simply on basis of a bunch of juniors. A 2 years experienced guy will be made a tech lead in the project, without client knowing about his skills. Ultimately the whole team will suffer including that poor guy. You will simply learn nothing. You have to work in weekends in most of the cases. They have thrown out several people without even giving a notice period. Simply they will say today is your last day. The learning and development department is a hell. They simply make your life miserable. You will come to know this if you join there. There will be no learning or guidance as they simply do not have the resources to guide you. Learning and development team is totally dependent on the poor guys working in other projects to teach the newbies. People working on projects will not have time to guide you, so ultimately you will suffer. HR Team is a bunch of unprofessional people who have no interest in listening to employees concerns. They ask their employees to like their linkedin posts and give good reviews in ambitionbox. If you do not value your job security and peace of mind you can join here, upto you
