Although the work - life balance is impressive while working here, the compensation is low when compared to similar other firms. The career growth opportunities are medium.

Overtime pay is rare Salary hike is extremely low Work load is heavy at peak time WFH is worst in this company work load will be doubled but no additional pay Only dramatic fake respect Politics Only very few team managers are good Only senior employees with 6+ years with intense skill have some value in the organization Chance to grow is rare
