...peak time but never expect the efforts taken will be considered for salary hike. Mostly 3rd and 4th Saturday is working but the payment for the day is only based on their own interest.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. There is no on-job training for freshers hence seniors have to guide them step by step which is pain always.

Zellis supports the employees throughout the period of covid pandemic. All the requirements to work at home comfortably were provided by the company. They continuously do employee surveys and work on the results to enhance the employee experience. Job security is there. The company is open to innovation

Although the work - life balance is impressive while working here, the compensation is low when compared to similar other firms. The career growth opportunities are medium.
