Initially employee feel we got hike but after some time when familiar with company culture and policy, he feel he fall in hell because there is no culture and policy

No dislike no anything but they not given the on job training of his new joiner but all over are good

The is third party manufacturer of dry injectable (cephalosporin & carbepenem) .The most important fact about the company is its clients are leading pharmaceuticals companie and most of manufacturing is for export.
