Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. ...ns are never utilised. No innovative ideas are accepted. Almost no job security. Salary is okay compared to work for seniors. Poor appraisal. Lots of in-house politics. During covid lockdown they do take care of the employees.

Production staff capacities are very low. High work pressure. There is no second hand quality check or feedback for improvement. Freshers don't get proper training.

I love to work with zee. But they only select zima student for job. Before joining they told me that after one month they give me job but. It's like a lollipop for me. I done 6 month intern but they don't even paid me. Very bad
