I had a deeply disappointing experience working at ZMCL. This company fails to offer any variable pay, appreciation, appraisals, or promotions, making it an extremely demotivating place to work. The work culture is toxic, with no effort made to create a positive or engaging environment. There is a complete lack of entertainment or team-building activities, and employees are often subjected to humiliation. I would not recommend ZMCL to anyone looking for a fulfilling and respectful workplace.

Good place to start a job and learn. The place is very youthful because around quarter of the overall employees are interns, so, I made a lot of friends. Also, canteens are very good. I was fortunate enough to have a gentle and intelligent lead with whom I learnt a lot.

Dislikes

...owth opportunity. There is no promotion at all, let alone merit-based promotion. If you come as in intern, then you'll have to work for full hours but will get no pay. After slogging for 8-9 month, they'll make you a paid intern. And, after that if you are patient and lucky enough, you'll get a job after an year or two. For that you'll have to take multiple rounds of HR and have strong influence also otherwise no one cares.
