...-BORIVALI. Long story short.. I worked with ZICA Borivali for more than 2 years. In this pandemic situation I worked from home for 4 months without salary. I did follow ups for salary by WhatsApp, E-mail. Management persons are so unprofessional & immature that they never replied above that they blocked my number. Suddenly one evening i received a termination mail. They didn't cleared our due salary of 4 months. Before sending termination letter zica borivali management didnt took us in confidence neither gave us a notice or due salary and they just removed us from job .. STILL NO SALARY TILL DATE IN MARCH 2021. I don't deny the fact in pandemic everyone faced problem but their is way to handle the situation specially then .. where your staff worked for 4 months without salary just by trusting you.. Work anywhere but don't work at Zica Borivali. They don't know how to handle business or their staff who helped them to grow their business from nowhere .. they are the worst & liar peoples in the market..

Rest all will make us Rest In Peace. Especially, a terrible bossy attitude from the hierarchies.. They Not even give you a single space to work in your own style. They will tease you, scold you, harras you in front of everyone. You won't get a single sec to explain from your side. What they have and fixed in their mind will come from their mouth and you must listen them without uttering a single word. I've heard about micro management, but here they were doing Nano-Management. If they get a chance to sit along with you everywhere (u must understand what I am trying to say), they will..

...ployees. There is no job security. Appraisal system has hacked by School owners. They do not pay the increasmant ,June month's salary and even CLs also.

A lot things are there which I like about Zee learn .For example -Activity based learning ,Different strategies for each child , friendly environment ,Awesome books made by content team,Child centric .

Dislikes

Teacher stability is not there,as Old and experienced staff is not getting appropriate salary..but the new ones or the new joiners are getting very handsome salary.This is sad.

Only thing I like brand value but it's only because of zee group

Dislikes

Salary delay, travel reimbursement are always delay and not assurance they will pay you . Travel from your pocket. 2 to 3 month salary delay. They need foolish staff which can't put a question only say yes sir yes sir in every situation like slave. They will even not clarify what have to do.
