The company is like Lala Firm. Your salary will be hold by management without any reason. They will try their best efforts to deduct your salary in any possible way. At first they will be really friendly but then show their true colors to you. No proper segregation of duties by them. They will blame you for the work that you were not even responsible to do. I will recommend every professional to stay away from this company. U will have to work 10 hours a day with only 6 holidays. No weekend off is their.

Long working hours. No food or Tea for workers, no compensation for extra working hours. Every work are done in a disorganized manner. There are no Corporate work environment. In short this is a Lala company. Every policy is different for every person. The company culture has become very bad. Dedication towards your work has no value. The progress of employee’s depend on their sycophancy. A few employees are the boss's favourit, they flatter the boss and you have to work under them, even if you are on a managerial position, even though they don't know ABCD (nothing) about your work or they are not belong to your department. They interfere unnecessarily in your work and then do not take any responsibilities when mistake happen. You are positive infront of boss as long as you work under them, you will become negative when you ignore them. and not work accordingly to them. The turm and conditions are change after joining. No future or job are secure at Zee Laboratories.

Koi mt jaana, expenses nhi dete hai, I suffered from dengue & they were cut my salary . My salary is 28k & the given to me 3000 only . I also submitted dengue reports but hr policy is litrally very bad .. Starting mein bola tha ki aapko leaves milegi , but inhone COVID hone k baad bhi logo ko nikaala hai ...
