...r is reading this I want to you to understand the intensity of the situation. During pandemic, from March 2020 to June 202 entire team worked without salary. I stared following for the salary they stopped responding to my messages, calls and our mails. None of them bothered to communicate with me. Being the owner Its so childish that they blocked my number. One day in June 2020 I received a gift. it was my termination letter. A termination mail without any notice, without pending salary From March 2020 to June 2020. When tried to communicate via WhatsApp. the reply was so pathetic that is showed how immature they are. I felt like talking to some actress from tv serials. No business ethics, no responsibility, No professionalism. I don't deny the fact that everyone faced the problem during this pandemic. Their is way to handle the the situation. but they handled it it so carelessly & inhumanly. That's why it hurts a lot. After working for 4 months for free as a loyal employee you get no salary + termination in your hand. ZICA-Borivali works on Mood Swings of Lady Boss & the Gentleman Boss cannot share his view to her as he thinks he is helpless. Even ZICA head office didn't took any efforts to solve this problem. Everybody wants business but nobody thinks about STAFF Irony is its been a year, we are still waiting for our pending salary. Even

Totally free with work .... No buisness pressure ... No admision pressure ...we have to enhance only student skills and place them in better studio ..i like this scenario ..not like other institute ... That faculty has to take part in business also ...
