Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Nothing! typical gujarati mindset, exploiting youngsters!

Dislikes

...et to work culture. rudest people never work here. 5am to 2pm but goes till 4pm. for 16k salary working 11 hours at home is labour exlpoitation.

Very lengthy interview process there is no proper communication with hr They will never inform you anything

Dislikes

After clearing every round they will try to put you in sales post even if you applied for a different post Please don't waste your time with this company trust me it's better to stay jobless then worl here

The most important thing I like working in zedplus accounting and finance pty ltd is I get to explore more more opportunities in Taxation and finance department. People in this organisation are very helpful and co-operative and everyone is given equal opportunity to learn and grow. I am blessed and happy to be part of this organisation.
