Starting from giving you wrong hopes by saying big big appreciation sentences to making you feel humiliated, you will have to face anything and everything. There is no proper documentation, from offer letter to resigns acceptance, you will not get anything cleared here . When you are there in the company they will speak to you very nicely , once you leave they will hold your salary and stop acknowledging your request. I really doesn’t recommend this as a growing and peaceful work environment. Every single day you will have to face a new drama .

I have been working for more than 10 months, one of the best company i have ever worked for and has good team to work also we get recognition and support from management on all aspects.

Timely salary thats all apart from that the company will never ever respecr the employee.

One of the worst organization every i have sawen. The managing director is very horrible and he abuses and will use all filty language on the employee. So according to me money carrier and development is very important more than that self respect, dignity is very much important.
