There are unbearable work pressure sometimes and I am also not that happy with salary and appraisal. But I am sure, if I put more effort then this issue will be solved.

Likes

If you're new to the industry, these people will take care of you. They will teach you every nooks of content writing. Team leader is very supportive. Work culture is highly motivating. You will feel comfortable working there.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. But management can be improved and so does the salary structure. Sometimes, extended working hours can be tiresome. But as I said, they are very supportive.

The company appreciates talent and encourages innovation. The status of the projects taken here is very high and they indeed help the employees to learn quite a lot of informative things. The team leader is extremely cooperative and understanding. The atmosphere of the workplace is excellent and completely safe for all.

Dislikes

I think the authority should pay attention to the correct management of the work-life balance of the employees. The process of increment also needs careful consideration.

Seniors are supportive, seniors are taking responsibilities of your work errors, good office bondings among employees.

Dislikes

Work Pressure is Huge, no appreciation from higher levels, little bit of politics, There are no HR to hear the employees problems, less amount of leave no Emergency leave salary deducted on 2nd leave of the month, less amount of holidays

There are lots of things I like about working in Zebra Techies Solution(ZTS) , such as great team leaders , exceptional work-life balance , and very good company culture. We all work as a team to improve and excel in our respective positions.
