...ly. So dont trust this company. Management treat like machine not like a humans. Salary also very worst. Promotion hike percentage only 1000 giving. If u asked more percentage , managment simple saying hike percentage is not mantatory.

...lture is generally positive , with perks like Hyderabad biriyani and fun games . while the company may be average in some aspects ,it,s highly recommended for freshers due t the company focuses on hiring freshers only they can work and achieve the targets in less salary .long_term employees can expect posting within the company .

I have more points on dislikes . in 3D industry is not developed as much in india if u were going to be an 3D artist if you are passionate pls don,t start ur carrier in india 24/7 u need to work for less salary and ur growth in india was very terrible and the 3D company was less in india in india all of the industry guy knows what,s happening in our industry and the company management knows very well about 3D industry they play with ur feeling and comparing to 2D field the salary and growth will be little bit high and u will get more opportunities in 2D domain in my perceptive i wasted my carrier in 3D industry for the i don,t have talent don,t think like that i worked on xentrix and mpc film industry i quit my passion and i struggled for 2 years without doing nothing in this industry and i started business in other domain now i am peaceful i won,t suggest 3D field is good for the guys in india .let ,s come to the review 1. first thing i don,t like in this company the management was very bad and poor for 500 or 1000 rs hike u want to be achieve the targets maximum which is company is setting the targets . 2.The company will never look on to the employees financial wise growth or health conditions and ur personal family space u will not get time to see ur family mental wise they don,t care they only needs the target should be achieved if not achieved u will thrown out don,t think i become an senior the company will not look on me they will have all data of yours if ur senior or junior end of the day they will look ur data if data is good fine otherwise they will start throwing u out from the company and they will not support ur financial growth 3. The company worst thing is they will be leave on sat and Sundays but they will fill the fix the targets they know this could n,t done but u will itself for finishing the targets u will work on Saturdays and Sundays end of the day if u didn,t finished the targets that,s all u will be done from the company .they don,t care about ur leaves if u are taking leave then u should put more extra effort on finishing the targets u will get that point what i am saying . 4.very bad politics is they will no a posting according the field experts like managers , or directors will be on call centre they will be working for long years and they will get posting on 3D domain they will not give according to the field very bad politics end of the day the person who is within the zero percent knowledge they will be ur leads managers and directors i am not saying wrong personally i don,t like very worst politics wherever you go no matters but the right person and the right should be an same domain the posting should be given to them that,s is the right thing . 5.They will give u an targets and putting high pressure to complete ur works . end of the day they set some incentives and cash prices for 1,2,3 . for that weekly weekly they set on up call on that everybody will be present they will review ur performance and they if Ur not achieving Ur target they will spoke harsh words in front of every body or they will start comparing other employees this is the trick they will use basically they will with Ur egos and with Ur respect 6.Financially u will be waiting for ur hike they will give 500 or 1000 rupees that,s Ur salary growth 7.Next biggest thing very bad poltics if ur going out that ur done u will not get rejoining opportunities that is very bad management that they will not to allow to rejoin u again in that cpnay if u ask then they will start blaming on you that ur have done some bad to that company once u joined in the company they will think u should be polite and genuine to the company if u some out will not get rejoining opportunities they will thought u have been betrayed the company . 9.very bad management ,more poltics in management and incentive politics the company is good but management is very bad i have been given detailed review don,t join and waste ur carrier if ur working once u get the knowledge and go sowhere for ur better carrier .
