Wages are very low they provide pennies for work. they will make boys work for 12hrs and pay them around 10K at best. they will say that they are providing you with stay and food(which is only lunch and dinner not breakfast). and you have you use same bathrooms and share rooms with workers which is not acceptable for many of us as difference in our lifestyle. internal politics will make you through up as they will try to blame the inferiors and its location is far from the main surat city and it is 4 km away from the nearest market. so travelling is an issue here.

They appointmented me as a QC Microbiologist but they never give the opportunity to work in laboratory because they have already having 3-4 Microbiologist who do nothing only they make fake resulta and validate fake reports for audit. Once in a month they do test if there is any query other wise it goes like this only. Office executive, Manager and Senior level executives do nothing, only they do chit chat. They have no timing, they can come and go in any time. location is very bad, you will not get any kind of things which you might need for daily life. Market is 4 Km away from the office. If you have your own vehicle theh you can go but in night there is safety. Canteen food is very unhealthy. You might end up eating cockroaches with foods and hostel ros are very dirty, executive and workers are staying in the same room and using the same bathroom. If you want to ruin your future you can join. Thanks me later.
