Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

... no creer progress also there is work is more important then employees life. My personal experience whene i am in hospitalize company pay some amout for my hospitality aprox 30k but it will be deducted from my salary every month whene i am in hospitalize and i need money. No any support for boys. Support only girls and why its happen u all know very well. So i think this is not the right place for work everyday. If u think i am wrongly write this please content old employee and asked reason for leave the company.

Worst company, Lots of politics... Politics done by Director and CEO it self. If you know how to impress the boss with chatting then only u can work other wise even if you have all knowledge its worth less... Sincere person can not work there more then week... Will suggest not to go for interview it self..

There is nothing to like about this company

There is a lot of politics in this company, the old workers do not give help and opportunity to the new workers and they reduce the salary of the workers in the name of PT tax but they do not pay the PT tax, No matter how much work they do here, they do not get proper compensation and they do not get immediate leave. , there is no safety in the case of women
