For freshers you get good pay and good team work . Hikes are also good and yes food program is one of the major pros.

Dislikes

There is no job security they can fire you at anytime. There is no work life balance even if you are sick they want you to work and sit late. If you sit extra in office then only your work is appriciated. Lots of politics and be good with managers if you want growth in your position. There is mandatory shut down at year end but leaves are deducted from employees account. Lots of partialities within employees. To avail maternity leaves you should spend atleast 1 year here. Managers keep interfering personal life of employees.

free breakfast, lunch and snacks. if you have a good manager you will get to learn or else you will be on demotion list. 2 separate teams are there for there 2 products, wish that you get into the good one, you will get to learn a lot with good team members and seniors the other team is totally opposite.

Dislikes

upper management is full of scam, no hikes, no increment. pray that you don't fall in the k12 team, it has the worst management. you will be kept on degrading and won't get anything to learn. appraisals are total scam, they waste your time and energy and will only give you the worst points. free food are provided but the quality is so poor, no cafeteria, no proper work space, they have more number of employees but half seating place, people with desktop will have permanent desk, but people with laptop will have to find places to sit, the HR will not help in this matter. The CEO is always demoting their ex employees.
