The high job pressure leads to burnout. Management does nothing to alleviate stress or support employees. Promotions seem to be based on favoritism rather than merit. It's frustrating to watch less qualified people advance. The constant micromanagement stifles creativity and innovation. It's exhausting and demotivating. Employees are just numbers here; there’s no sense of community or teamwork. The workload is overwhelming, and management doesn’t care about employee well-being.

Stress levels are through the roof. You’ll be expected to work overtime regularly without extra pay. The culture here is cutthroat. Watch your back at all times. Management plays favorites, which creates a hostile work environment. Communication is nonexistent; my ticket just disappeared into the void.
