...e cafeteria and gaming areade for chilling company policies are good appreisals are fairand they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow thaere is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not giveyto new joiners.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes,I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a dayas I have to attend Clie -nt calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Zara is good place for work .Teammates was good and cooperative, I learned a lot there, they also trained me for my tasks. For Employees career growth they have different plans . Overall work environment is good there.
