My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Only few things I like about is the compensation and benefits and also the outing.

Job security is very much horrific and there is a big politics happening in the background but everyone will hide that. Especially in the team if the manager likes you , then its easy to stay in the company else get ready to move out of the company. There is no skills update and no work life balance. There is no vision in the team. Initially they say you can do your work on your own way but later it will never be the same. Also there is a micro management going on. Better stand for your own and trust no one.

Very poor Man Management by VP and Senior Manager. Leadership team seems to have lost interest about the company. Undeserving one's getting promotion. Hard working and the Smart one's have moved out because of the internal politics. No recognition for the work done despite sealing long term clients through our hard work.
