Only few things I like about is the compensation and benefits and also the outing.

Job security is very much horrific and there is a big politics happening in the background but everyone will hide that. Especially in the team if the manager likes you , then its easy to stay in the company else get ready to move out of the company. There is no skills update and no work life balance. There is no vision in the team. I nitially they say you can do your work on your own way but later it will never be the same. Also there is a micro management going on. Better stand for your own and trust no one....Read More

Initially the job is so exciting and innovative and work culture is so good but later I realised that I put under the same kind of repetitive and boring work or I will be constantly switching with the task. There is no vision in the team.
