Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Politics Culture, Lots of lies all over the company. CEO is very short tempered, Expect Daily abuse from him if you are under him. Delay In Salaries & Compensations No Acknowledgement for Hard work. HR Department is Useless, THe one who really Works hard for the betterment of company , will be assigned all task. The one who dont have work will always time pass. Once They put me on Notice period for Having Call Recorder App in my mobile(Which comes by default from mobile companies), What else you can expect. They will offer you Variable Salary , which you will never get in your Life. Be Wise & choose accordingly.
