Job security & less salary. Increment is not satisfying as per skill & working capacity of employees.slow growth

Good company Manfauncing cast iron & S.G iron.Newledge increase but Carrier are not settled me. Also because High Degree education not prefer only 10th 12th and B- Sc student are Manager.

Like this working environment are friendly. But salary are very low

In our company all collegues are very helpfull. & many of members have good skills to encounter industrial problems despite there less education. Company have completed many projects & technical developments in low budgets.Also this company improves team work.

Sallary is very low. The work pressure is much high.Employee inspiration programs are not available here.

Job security is Good. This point only i like.

High pressure of work. Zero management. Culture of company is very Bad. Poor knowledge at high level management. High politics presence in company. Hr department under control of top management. There is no value for workers. More working hours. Salary & bonus system is very bad. Meaningless pressurization presence there.

I love the fact that I am working with Zanvar group Zanvar group is excellent for the experience to learn technology Zanvar group is awesome.

Sometimes work may be more for that I have to work more than office time.
