Till today job security of each employee is good, free canteen facility and mediclaim facility

Dislikes

In ZCL the work culture is not good as the management is pressurizing to achieve production targets but they are not interested to give facility for smooth work. Too much audits Inter department cooperation is very poor No overtime or compensatory off for extra hours duty. HR is also not cooperative.
