Strict Policies Dress Code Mirco Management They constantly tries to make the work environment bad possible by introducing new policies that doesn't makes sense I have seen employees getting terminated without a proper notice period (its 2 months if the company actually don't want you to leave, else it will be one month for them to get rid of you)
