...re. Behaviour of managers and all colleges are good and all are very supportive.But there is no salary increment.financially there is no growth.Upto 4 to 5 years they provide minor salary hike.

...tremely bad people have been hired by company which are forcing people to leave. Salary is very low as per industry standards.

... egoistic. Each department working as different companies. Lack of coordination. Salary is not upto expectations. Leadership qualities is missing in most individuals/managers.

Good company work with ONLY of your are working at the Head Office. Being an MNC it offers 2 days off in a week.

Dislikes

Company doesn't offer very good compensations and if you are getting placed from college campus, starting salary itself is very low, which may pull you 2-3 years behind your peers. Leaves offered are very low and even you avail them you are constantly pestered although that largely depends on your superiors and the department you are in. For people in Sales, it will be made unnecessarily difficult while people in other departments are free to turn phones off as soon as the clock hits 6. And these added responsibilities come with no added rewards. Wouldn't recommend anyone to work here unless they have absolutely no other options.
