Very bad work environment. No salary has been paid while lock down. Management is very irresponsive and doesn't care about Employees issues. No salary hike from last 4 years..

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salery is good but career growth is slow. There is a bond of years before which you can not resign.
