The working conditions at site has to be created with open mindedness atmosphere And some extra allowance has to be paid to the workers, who are working in difficult and hard sections Uniform has to be given to workers/staff who are working at site (2 pairs per year)

The ZAM Company has to develop in many activities. Discipline is the most important in the Company. Every employee has to maintained and systematic procedure in the Company. Every month Free-Talk-Meeting has to be conducted with the Helpers and Operators, thereby from Supervisory level to Manager level.

Employee working conditions. House keeping has to be improved in the site Transportation to be introduced from Muthukuru upto the site Butter milk has to be supplied in the Summer (instead of tea) on the health point of view of the worker
