...one of the worst in the industry. The job security is terrible.No Career growth. The compensation is very low and hard to maintain work-life balance.

It used to be technically challenging earlier before some terrible leadership took control, and the real founder had little say in the proceedings. Also, camaraderie between the working professionals were quite friendly and refreshing. Everyone helped each other to achieve common goal.

Dislikes

No job security, terrible leadership team destroyed the morale, quality and the working spirit of the team.

Zaloni is great place for those who want to learn new technologies in bigdata domain. Good work culture with flexible timing.

Although package offered by Zaloni is good it is not at par with other product based company.

Very toxic culture. its hardly 150people but they don't have control over some real psycho snr people who have no interest but to make life of people difficult and force them to leave, and in the process make themselves bigger. One Pakistani guy joined as VP and he picked a lot of people most of them were since beginning, and started targeting them one by one and forced them to leave. It was accepted to snrs as it was bringing more control. General culture is also very toxic very one can go to any length in demeaning others and make themselves smarter. No process altogether and every implementation was to be done from scratch with no support from other members

Career growth and opportunity feels limited. No overseas trips to client sites what is something I always had in mind while joining Zaloni. Year end salary increment I feel is below average.
