Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

I like thier management and salary on time but only one problem is there staying schedule is not good. Bec I am working in zahran ministry maintenance project as Mechanical engineer but they one technician with me in my room.He creat me a lot of problem about light , cooking gas etc

It appears that my decision to work under Zahran's operation and maintenance was not well-advised. Zahran does not meet the criteria for a suitable recruiting body in any regard. 🤦‍♂️ #BadDecision #RecruitmentFail I have had a very negative experience working under Zahran, and I would like to express my concerns: - They do not adhere to the terms of the contract. 📄❌ - They frequently change the rules and contract. 🔄🔄 - They expect employees (including doctors and paramedics) to work excessive hours. ⏰😵‍💫 - They provide very bad accommodation 🤢🤮 #UnfairTreatment #Overworked #UnlivableConditions
