Work till I die attitude.They will not tell you that u have to do full night support. But after joining they will ask u to do that . U have kill your self to do that..horrible. u have to sacrifice your health to do that. Indian clients will treat you like dogs.

It's a tech company and you get to learn about how technology can help banks become agile. Work is fulfilling sometimes ¹, sometimes mundane.

Dislikes

Arbitrary management. People fired at random will, just to suit the whims and fancies of the so called leadership who is fulfilling their personal motives. Recently got acquired, and so jobs are at risk and at whims of your immediate leadership. People manipulate to fulfil their personal agendas.

Likes

Zafin Software Center of Excellence is a fantastic company to learn the technologies and things like product and banking domain knowledge. Work environment is friendly and have full support and encouragement as required, as demand based may need to serve more hours, but that will be extra benefits too. Appraisal process and on-site opportunities are very good and helpful for professional carrier growth and will have good expose on project.

I don't have any problems in my experience but while working with some team members I have bad experience. And It is not a big problem.

No likes , in India they have two offices , Chennai and TVM. These people will support only to the people from these two states. When management feels that a Candidate is no longer needed then they will start playing the game. Game will be played at Vice President level.

It is not about the dislike, but because of the product nature and its functionality, experience is necessary for growth in this company. Thus company gives more priority to seniority than talents.
