Manager is rude. Unnecessary pressure is given to employees. There is no work-life balance. Asks to work after office hours. There is no training at all regarding the process. Switches your process very frequently.

Good learning experience Job is flexible to the point that you will end up working round the clock and even on weekends its more like a con.

...t and recuperation. It puts undue stress on employees and can lead to burnout. Furthermore, the decision to mark a leave taken during the notice period as LOP (Loss of Pay), regardless of meeting daily targets and contributing to revenue generation, is unjust and demoralizing. It highlights a lack of appreciation for employees' dedication and performance. There are no such opportunities for growth here, urgent reforms are imperative to establish fair and supportive policies. Management must prioritize a more flexible and equitable approach that values employees' contributions and well-being. BEWARE if they give you remote working opportunity, as they will as you to come back to office if you are not able to achieve daily targets. In conclusion, I strongly urge management to reassess their policies and practices to foster a healthier and more conducive work environment for all employees.

...anger.. They treat you like you are in school are they are teacher / principle.. Pay is okay but they destroy you overall work life balance... They even install some software in laptop called desktime when is take screenshot without telling full on micromanagement..

I joined the marketing team at this company, and the so called manager, Mehak, is just awful. She knows nothing but acts like she's the god of marketing. The HR team is powerless - even though they are aware of the situation they can't do anything. She has fired six people in six months simply because she wanted to, and anyone who flatters her is safe. The upper management doesn't seem to care about the employees. I would strongly recommend not to join the marketing team as long as she is around. P.S - This is not a rant. this is the reality
