There are many positive things working in Z-Aksys like freedom for work, flexibility in work timings, positive people aroung gives good vibes and you feel like putting your 100% in work. Company always encourage employees to learn new tools and upgrade skills which is excellent. Z-Aksys team is like a small family where you feel like coming to office every single day. The company culture is also very friendly and lots of fun going around. On the work front we get really good projects to work on and add our value to it.

There's nothing I really dislike about my current company. Here I get opportunity to work on exciting projects and at the same time improve my skills further.

Its a place worth to be at, Colleagues is just a professional term but the culture makes it a family. The mentors are vey understanding and helpful with bosses that are always there to back you up.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls.

Poor management, work process is terrible, salary & performance review is bad, No extra curricular activities or fun based events to enhance work environment, Learning & development opportunites are very limited, work is reduntant and no technology advancement skills are involved.
