Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Pay cut , eventhough they allowed to WFH , logistics impact had MADE huge loss TO company performances & at the same time company is always in losses due TO qulaity complaints of products

yuvraj Biobiz incubator India PVT Ltd is the median sales industry. I learn from company business growth, sales strategy management. I travel in north Karnataka I was happy to travel and work. The work environment is loveable.and enjoy a lot. I drop that job because of our family person in a critical movement at that time.

The company is growing is slow I have to work 8 hours a day as I have to attend client directly and indirectly or call in the morning and evening time late into the night.
