Nothing is for like . They will give you salary more then your expectation. If you want to earn wealth so you can join here . But after one year you have to search new job.

Everything is for dislike. There no work life balance. Owners are uneducated and do not want to understand the actual issues of plant . They behave like a Hitler. Duty time is not professional. It will start from morning 8 am and end after 9 pm or 10 pm. They will behave with you as a servant. You can't raise your idea and also can't any implementation. Remote location is also big challenge. You have depand on company vehicle. There are some sycophants and fools there who don't even know how to write in Hindi and have never written an email to anyone. They have been working there for many years and they agree with the boss. They won't get work anywhere else, that's why they gossip about others to save their jobs. The boss comes every day and spoils all your good work by telling you the opposite. And he won't talk to you directly, he will talk to the labour. So please don't join this type of company.
